Evinced was created to exhibit the designers own art, design, craft and photography. The site has been made to link the creators passion for surfing and the arts. The site was not created to compete within a commercial environment and not to compete with any other websites. In accordance to this; the website name/brand of Evinced has been trademarked under the Patent Office, TradeMarks Registry, Under the TradeMarks act 1994 of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The patent office after thorough legal inspections in regards to my intentions for the site found no conflicts to any other website, trade business or corporations, which is to be stressed again is not the creators intentions for the site.
